Fiona Sutherland

Fiona was born in Dundee in Scotland. Encouraged by her father, cartoonist of “Dennis the Menace” from the Beano comic, she graduated with a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art. After graduating Fiona went to work in London where she continued painting and sculpting from her studio and was a part of many London gallery exhibitions. At the same time Fiona had a part time job sculpting at Madame Tussauds Waxworks Museum.
Fiona subsequently married and moved to Australia where the environment and its vibrant colours became a major influence on her work.
Fiona lives with her family in country Queensland and works every day from her home studio producing amazing sculptures and paintings that come to life under her talented hands.
